In 2013, Paul & Cathy Robertson realized that their family pesto recipe was a huge hit amongst their group of friends, so much so that they were asking for some every time we made it. Then we had an idea, and Corona D'oro was born. Corona D’oro is the producer of premium pestos for the home and food service industry. Starting out with a couple of pesto varieties and marketing in one farmers’ market, we have grown to produce six different varieties of pesto and our products are now sold in five different farmers’ markets and five different retailers throughout Columbia, Dutchess, Ulster, Albany and Saratoga counties. 

Our menu of pestos include Basil, Cilantro, Sun Dried Tomatoes, Spinach/Basil Vegan, Greek and Kale. We use only the freshest ingredients to produce an all natural gluten free and preservative free pesto. We freeze all our products on production so you are assured of having “just made” flavor. 

In Columbia County you can find our products at the Copake Hillsdale Farmers Market, Samascott’s in Kinderhook, and Savor the taste in Hudson.
